Delivery Information

We dispatch throughout the UK, Southern Ireland & Europe. Delivery charges are calculated on weight, based on the following table. FedEx is a Next Day service from dispatch of goods (please refer to Dispatch Times), and Royal Mail takes between 2-3 working days. Off Shore and Overseas locations are sent using a tracked delivery system or a required signature service. International orders are generally received within 5 working days from posting but may take up to 7 days. For further clarification please do contact us.

Dispatch Times

The majority of products are held in stock, in our UK warehouse, please refer to the 'Availability' section in our Terms and Conditions for further details. FedEx orders take priority and will be shipped within 1-2 working days; Royal Mail orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days (not including weekends and holidays). When the goods have been dispatched email confirmation will be sent to the customer, for telephone orders verbal confirmation will be given followed by an email, if the email address is offered. We endeavour to achieve our delivery targets but we will not be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery.

Orders from Overseas

Recipients of orders to destinations outside the UK are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

Non-Delivery

Non-delivery MUST be notified to us, via phone or email, within 2-3 days please. We will endeavour to trace your order and ensure it arrives as quickly as possible. If we deem a replacement order should be sent we ask the customer to refuse delivery of the original order, if it arrives, this ensures the safe return to Soft-Skin™ at no cost to the customer. If the customer signs for the original order then it is deemed they wish to keep the goods and they will be invoiced for the items accordingly. Undelivered and Returned Parcels

FedEx & the Royal Mail will leave a card if they deem it unsuitable to leave a parcel or cannot obtain a signature. Goods are held at your local Delivery/Sorting Office for five working days for FedEx Customers and Royal Mail Recorded items. If you need any assistances arranging re-delivery we will be happy to help, please contact customerservices@soft-skin.co.uk. If your item is returned to us, due to non-collection, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

Requesting Parcels to be left

Please note that if within the 'shipping comments' field a customer requests that goods are left in a designated area this will only be done so if the driver deems it safe. If goods go missing in these circumstances the insurance between the customer and our courier companies is invalidated and therefore customers request this at their own risk.
